More About the EasyWear Jacket
Safety & Hygiene Perfect wheelchair clothing! Goes on from the front so that even those with limited arm, neck, and torso mobility can dress independently. Caregivers can easily dress a patient without leaning them forward. Straight sleeve can be rolled up to keep hands completely free while eating, dialing, typing, and more. Water-repellent Polartec fleece.
Warmth & Comfort Kangaroo pocket warms hands or carries essentials. Opening in back keeps fabric off skin during prolonged periods of sitting or lying down. Collar is connected all the way around to completely cover the neck for extra warmth. Warm, lightweight Polartec fleece. Sleeve is long enough to cover wrists and part of the hand.
Easy Access for Care & Treatment Zips down the front for easy access to the chest for testing and treatment. Fits easily and comfortably in wheelchairs and over hospital gowns.
Easy On Easy Off Goes on from the front with easy pull-on styling, large zippered head-opening, and an oversized zipper pull. Raglan sleeves and deep arm holes means the arm goes in easily without having to move the shoulder—the arm just drops into arm hole. Extra room in the arms is also great for lymph edema. Unlike most open back clothing, there are no fasteners in back to struggle with. No need to lean forward. Someone with partial mobility can dress himself to sustain aging in place. A caregiver can dress someone easily if necessary. Perfect for someone who has suffered a stroke or with a shoulder injury, Parkinson’s, Lou Gehrig’s, arthritis, or other condition where mobility is affected. A great solution for someone who wants to continue to perform dressing ADLs.
Fit & Styling Clothing for special needs can be stylish! Designed in front like a standard zip-front fleece pullover, so it doesn’t look clinical or disposable like some adaptive clothing. Stain-resistant Polartec fleece in energizing non-fading colors. Perfect with our cozy leg warmers and super soft hats. When standing up, back of the jacket “floats” together with no need for closures.
